Terms and Conditions
- - Mybid.az website is online e - commerce platform and is mentioned as Mybid in the section of terms.
- - Products that are auctioned on the Mybid E-commerce platform are called lots.
- - The auctions are held by Mybid.
- - In the auction the subscription fee for lots are set by Mybid.
- - The start and end date of lots (products)are set by Mybid.
- - Before the beginning of the auction, terms of the lots, the details of the competition as well as detailed information on the product will be recorded for the participants, and informed to the participants.
- - A person who has registered on Mybid.az can join any lot by paying a participation fee (without restrictions).
- - All payments on Mybid.az are made in non-cash.
- - Cash payments cannot be made on the Mybid.az website under any circumstances.
- - The subscription fee for lots is not refundable under any circumstances.
- - The fee for the bets made is non-refundable.
- - The participant is considered as the winner after making the payment on the basis of on the offer when the auction ends.
- - After the end of the auction, if the participant does not fulfill the payment order within the specified time, the participant is deemed as a loser and the auction is considered finished. (including limits imposed by the bank and other cases)
- - After the end of the auction, if the participant does not fulfill the payment order within the specified time, and if this happens 3 times, the account of this person will be blocked by Mybid.az, and if the participant has joined live auctions, he/she will be deprived of the right to bid. (the subscription fee is not refundable)
- - Extension of the start and end dates of lots is possible in exceptional cases (within the rules of force majeure, if technical problems arise)
- - Unless there are 10 (ten) participants or 5 (five) bidder when the lot start and end date is recorded, this lot can be extended up to 7 days at the latest.
- - If the lot did not take place at the auction the subscription fee is refunded to the participant and lot is rejected. (to the bank card accounts paid by the bank within 7 working days)
- - The rejection of the auction can be rejected within the condition and terms up to 6 (six) hours before the end of the auction.
- - The person won the lot at the auction cannot refuse to participate, and the bid remains unchanged.
- - the person who is winner of the auction can return the product he won within 7 days with a commission of 15 % of his bid (not including subscription fee), as he received it. (not been used)
- - When creating an account on Mybid.az:
- - Name and surname shall belong to the participant
- - E-mail and mobile phone number shall be active
- - The set password shall be kept secret, otherwise Mybid.az is not responsible.
- - The account shall be created on mybid.az by agreeing and confirming in accordance with the conditions and terms section.
- - The person who included card data on Mybid.az platform shall be responsible for the data.
- - The account on Mybid.az will be blocked if a complaint is received about the card specified in the personal account on Mybid.az platform
- - The participants who do not read the conditions and terms section of the Mybid.az platform and accept the conditions and terms of the Mybid.az platform indifferently are not released from responsibility.
- - When creating an account on Mybid.az each registered person shall comply with the conditions and terms.
