1.2. User – any buyer, seller, advertiser, referral participant, delivery partner, or other person using the Platform.

1.3. Processing – any operation performed on personal data, including collection, storage, use, transfer, or deletion.

1.4. Cookies – small technical files stored in the user’s browser to improve user experience.

2.1. Personal and contact information: first name, last name, phone number, email address, delivery address and region.

2.2. Account and technical information: IP address, device and browser information, login and activity history, cookies and analytical data.

2.3. Order and transaction information: order history and status, product and service details, payment status. Bank card details are not stored by the Platform.

2.4. Seller and advertiser information: Tax ID (TIN/VAT), legal or individual business details, bank and payment details processed only at a technical level.

3.2. Processing orders and payment transactions.

3.3. Managing Mybid Wallet, referral, bonus, and earnings systems.

3.4. Calculating advertising rewards, balances, and conversions to funds.

3.5. Operating auction, negotiation, direct sale, and installment sale models.

3.6. Enabling communication between buyers, sellers, advertisers, and delivery partners.

3.7. Account creation and management.

3.8. Security and fraud prevention.

3.9. Compliance with legal obligations.

3.10. Sending marketing messages, push notifications, and announcements with user consent.

4.1. The Platform operates as a multifunctional marketplace.

4.2. User types include buyers, sellers (individuals and legal entities), advertisers, referral participants and partners, delivery partners, and platform administrators.

4.3. Available sales and earning models include auction-based sales, negotiation sales, direct card payments, installment payments, Mybid Wallet transactions, referral and third-party earning mechanisms.

4.4. Sellers and partners may use buyer data only for order fulfillment and platform functionality.

5.1. Personal data is processed based on user consent, fulfillment of contractual obligations, and legal requirements under the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

5.2. Personal data may be stored for the duration of the Platform’s operation and deleted or anonymized only when required by law.

6.1. Personal data may be shared with payment providers and banks such as Epoint and Payriff.

6.2. Data may be shared with financial partners providing installment or credit services.

6.3. Technical partners supporting Mybid Wallet, referral, and bonus systems.

6.4. Delivery and logistics partners.

6.5. Advertising and analytics services including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Firebase.

6.6. Government authorities upon lawful request. Personal data is never sold for commercial purposes.

7.1. The Platform applies technical and administrative security measures, including SSL encryption and access restrictions.

7.2. The Platform acts as an intermediary and bears limited liability for actions of third parties.

7.3. Absolute security of data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

8.1. Users have the right to access their personal data.

8.2. Users may request correction or deletion of their data and account.

8.3. Users may opt out of marketing messages and push notifications.

9.1. The Platform uses cookies, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Firebase for analytics and advertising.

9.2. Push notifications are enabled only with user consent and can be disabled at any time.

10.1. The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above.

11.1. Disputes are first resolved through mutual agreement.

11.2. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in competent courts in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

12.1. The Platform reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Updates become effective upon publication.
